I hope everyone had a merry Christmas yesterday and hopefully you all received some great gifts!
After riding 2342 in yesterday’s video, I got off at the Anaheim Convention Center (which unfortunately wasn’t captured on camera due to my phone unexpectedly stopping the video before it made a right turn into the center) and walked to the Toy Story parking lot which was across the street from the Convention Center along with some other hotels. I also wanted to ride a 2100-series NABI 40-LFW which are 2000 models and have the older style headsigns. In addition, a bunch of the 2100s have a dedicated Toy Story shuttle wrap as they are used to transport passengers to and from Disneyland. Believe it or not, unlike all other ART routes, the Toy Story shuttle is completely free even if you didn’t park at the lot and want to catch a ride to Disneyland. The line for the shuttles luckily wasn’t long and I was lucky to get 2110, one of a few buses on this route that doesn’t have window wraps unlike the dedicated wrapped units. Once I got on the bus, I didn’t take long before we were on our way to Disneyland. Unlike the last video, the AC unit was on in this bus which meant the compressor was on as well, but as we approach Disneyland the driver briefly turns it off to make an an announcement. If anyone is going to Disneyland in the near future, I recommend riding these buses ASAP as they will soon be gone and be replaced by electric buses.
