Auto Meter makes a brass adapter to fit that thread. I was stoked when i found it.

Also i’ll just add incase somebody wants to order it yeh. Metric Adapter 1/8 NPT to M12 x 1.5 & the model number is 2277…. All i had to do was drill out the slightest bit all the way through the guts as the brass temp probe fouled when i screwed it into the 1/8 NPT thread but now it’s all sweet. I bought mine at Eagle Auto Spares In Dandenong they also got all types of Auto Meter gauges & bits & pieces..

Why didnt you just installed the gauge sensor onto the radiator hose with a joint?

I wanted it next to the factory sensor But easy enough to put into the hose

Thanks for replying, I'm from Paraguay which is very far away but I can relate with so many things with Aussies, like the vast wilderness and enjoying a cold beer on a hot afternoon, and of course the love for some 4x4 culture as well, cheers!
