Sir in that illustration point 7 case a) if TDR is not utilized in the same plot then the buildable floor area on plot should be 400 x 1.5 = 600 sq mtrs right ? as we have surrendered 100 or will it be 750 only can you please confirm

@@cajoym7248 however As per AAR ruling of Maharashtra in case of Vilas Gandhi GST is payable by seller of TDR and that is @18% and not by developer builder decision is given on the basis of FAQs
