Ingredients
Aval Flakes - 1 cup
All Purpose Flour - 2 cup
Rice flour - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup grated
Sugar - 2 or 3 tbsp
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Banana - 2 to 4
Cardamom -4 or 5 nos
Ghee - 2tsp
Oil for deep frying
Firstly we have to crush cardamom and set aside.
Then grated the jaggery and set aside
Peel and chopped the banana and set aside
Heat ghee in a pan ,add rice flakes and ghee ,saute them well.
Add grated coconut and saute them well.
Then add chopped banana and mix them well.
Add grated jaggery and combine them well.

Then add crushed cardamom and salt
mix them well and cook
Remove from fire and keep aside.
Knead the mixture with clean hands and make it into a smooth paste.
Then make small lemon size balls of the mixture ,set aside.
Take a bowl add maida flour and rice flour
Then add turmeric powder and mix them well.
Then add sugar granules and mix them well.
Then add water little by little to make a thick batter .
Heat oil in a pan ,ones the oil is hot
Dip the banana mix balls into the batter and put them into the oil
Fry them well till they become light golden brown
Drain and set aside.
Serve the tasty banana snack with tea or coffee
