INGREDIENTS:
For Filling:
* Oil (तेल) - 1 Tbsp
* Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Asafoetida (हींग)
* Curry Leaves (कड़ी पत्ता)
* Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) - 2, Finely chopped
* Onion (प्याज) - 1
* Frozen Peas (फ्रोजन मटर) - 1/2 Bowl
* Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Salt (नमक) - As per taste
* Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
* Dried Mango Powder (अमचूर पाउडर)
* Crushed Red Chilli Powder (कुटी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
* Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
* Potato (आलू) - 3-4 Boiled, Mashed
* Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
For Dough
* All-Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 2.5 Cup/More Than 300 Gram
* Salt (नमक) - As per taste
* Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1+1/4 Tsp
* Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 2-3 Tsp
* Curd (दही) - 1/2 Cup
* Milk (दूध) - 1/2 Cup
* Butter/Ghee (बटर/घी) - 1 Tbsp
RECIPE:
For Filling, keep a pan on the flame, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Green Chillies, chopped Onion, Green Peas in it. Then put some Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala and Roasted Cumin Powder mix it well. Then put the boiled & mashed Potato in it, mix it all, and cook it well. put some chopped Coriander Leaves and keep it for cooling down.
For Dough, take a thali, put All-Purpose Flour by sieving it. Put Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Sugar Powder, Curd & mix them all, and bind the dough with Milk. Add some Ghee/Butter and knead and mash the Dough until smooth and soft. Then divide it into equal portions and apply some Butter/Ghee to it and roll it in a round shape. Then apply some Ghee/Butter and dust some All-Purpose Flour on it, roll the second chapati, and place it on top of the first chapati, repeat this process for all the chapatis. Then roll it & make big round chapati and cut it into a triangle shape. Fill the filling on each triangle, join its edges and fold it to shape like Croissants. Grease some Oil on a plate & keep the Croissants on a plate and apply some more oil and cover it with heated Tawa. Bake them in a preheated pan for 20-25 mins.
In OTG/Microwave Convection bake them at 180 degrees for 15-18 mins. After baking, apply some Oil to it & serve it. In this way, without Yeast Tasty and Healthy Croissants will gey ready.
