The hardest part of using the word "fuck" I would imagine, for non native speakers is when you are splitting a word and inserting the expletive into it (eg. fan-fucking-tastic) because there is a very specific way you have to do it. It has to be after the first syllable otherwise it doesn't work (try saying fanta-fucking-stic)

Came back to this video after reading about it in your book. I suddenly remember now watching it years and years ago. Fun to come back to this era of your content getting to know the country, and seeing you back in the school setting. Good stuff. Love the book btw.

Because I believe that Germany today has changed and proven its self to be a reliable country to the entire world... Also, Nazi Germany was a totally different country filled by a totally different ruler... That's not GERMANY. It WAS Nazi Germany. So... Ich lebe Germany. Modern day Germany. Bot Nazi Germany. Totally, totally different Germany. 😏

I've never really realized how complex and difficult it is to become fluent in English profanity. Tone, context, and any physical expression becomes a factor to how a phrase can be interpreted. Fuckin' A.

At my workplace we had this 18-year old Chinese kid as a new hire, barely spoke English. Fast forward a year later and I ask him to come to a room at my hotel to assess a locked safe. The safe turned out to be a model that we would have to periodically replace, he took one look at it and went “OHHHH, FUUUUCK” and I was so proud. May you have many more prosperous years of saying fuck👍🏼
