There is something very special about Jamaicans, and no one is talking about it. And it is not only in sports. That island has produced world leaders in politics, theology, science, and many others. Although it is still colonized by Great Britain, that island and its people are a gift to the world. Yet, it is totally ignored. I think that it is brazen and intentional, but dominant society (white folks) could not care less! Once I visited the Cayman Islands and the same was true there. serious statement here people, I left Jamaica as a teenager were I had descent speed. As soon as I stepped off the airplane unto US soil, I felt the speed force left my body, seriously no joke! It's something in the air down there man! 😀. So for you sprinters coming to the USA for the first time here's what you need to do...Bring a fried or cook dumpling in your carry on and right before you step off the plane take 2 big bites and you won't be affected. If I did that I may have been the first Bolt. Don't take no chance people, bring ur dumpling!

The twins built for strength and speed, Cole for speed, Lyston glides. All 4 are very good, but they'll need a very good program to keep them physically healthy, free from injury, and mentally tough and strong (Which they are).

What individual race did she win at CARIFTA or Champs that could have been featured? All the other athletes on the relay won races as individuals. Which race did Serena Cole win as an individual that should have been featured but wasn't?

The future of jamaican sprinting looks exciting! It will be like shelly, shericka , and elaine. Ut maybe even more closer because they are all are all about the same age…those twins may become the venus and serena of track, which is fun because if they beat each other its just a win/win

I really think Serena Cole will be right along side the Clayton and Liston as she developed her endurance level. None starts like her, so technically, jamaica has many coming down the pipe line. Hill is also no joke, and there are many more young females too much to mention
@kevinwynter792

I have been saying this for the last 3 seasons, she is just as good as the twins, but her coach try to find a balance between her and the twins to avoid any animosity luckily for him Cole can run 200m and also jump both long and triple jumps, But the calls are getting louder in circles bro right now on various forums there are people like me and you calling her out of the shadow of the twins, And guess what there is an article in the Jamaica star where Cole says she will be challenging for an individual 100m spot at the junior trials.oh boy there is so many to choose from I don't know what are we going to do with some of them. And of note you are so correct that if Cole improves her endurance she will be another Dynamo.

Another bit of factoid TRP: The CARIFTA 4X100M was the first time this quartet ran together, so its safe to say they will fine tune their baton changes to produce even faster times later on in the season. WJr Champs should be epic.
