I'm sorry to hear that, i've had literally the exact opposite experience. I've changed out all my SF's with the TW Liners, and the standard TW pads. I've found that i can wear my SF with Binos and Counter weights, without the strap buckled at all, and it sits very comfortably. If the side straps are falling down *over* your ears, it's not tight enough when you're using the BOA. They should sit flush above your ear along side your head. the top of your Noisefighters should rest on them. Additionally, I'm running the AMPs with ARC Rail attachments on the rear. I did find however that when I first tried the TW liner on the SF, the rear nape would get caught on my head and tuck under when i initially put the helmet on, however, once I identified the issue, I learned how to correct it, and it's no longer a problem. As someone said before, perhaps you don't have enough counterweights in your pouch, to accommodate the new center of gravity of the helmet, and may need to adjust it to sit properly with your 15's. I'm currently running DTNVS, and the OpsCore CW system they have with all the weights.

Im still looking into it, but I had the liner as tight as I could physically get it crushing down on my head and the helmet would still nose dive and those covers would still fall down low. I still really like the liner Im just trying to troubleshoot it to work for me

I want to mention that the other video, your system was maxed all the way out. Like you have to have a gigahead if that fits properly. Try sucking it down more might be best. But if you prefer opscore you prefer opscore, I’m not gonna hate on personal preference. All I’m saying it might be worth another shot

I think you just don’t have enough counterweight on the back of your helmet man. I’ve used the DLP counterweight with all the weights in it for my whole time in the MIL for just pvs14s and still use all the weights for my personal 14. (total weight is .85 lb or 13.6 ounces, the micro at you have with all the weights in is .56 lb or 9 ounces) I’ve run a ballistic armor co gen 1 which is basically a knock off ops core so maybe mine weights more than the ops core does but again I have almost half again as much weight on the back as you do for only a monocular device, I also run the team Wendy straps and the team Wendy helmet pads. I’d suggest buying more weights for your microbat and try that before you toss out the team Wendy liner out as mine works for me but if the og retention system works for you rock that brother. Stay safe man good luck.

Sorry it didn't work out for you.. I could give that TW a good home seeing as how you don't have a use for it.

I did, I gave it to a buddy to run in his OPS. I just like the rigidity of the OPS liners

Wow that's the opposite of my experience and I've been using duel PVS14s on a panobridge that's almost 2lbs for night vision . Are you running a counterweight

That sucks it didn’t work out for ya. I’ve had one in an ACH since 2017 and in an opscore fast sf for about 2-3 months. Always been great. I had the opposite problem as you, opscore fast sf just wasn’t comfortable to me with their chin strap so I replaced with TW.

Those dont bother me at all the only gripe with the opscore is it gives me a weird pressure behind my ears after hours on end, if the wendy didn’t let my helmet nose dive (literally the brim of the helmet almost hits the bridge of my nose) id love it so much

Do they get in the way of peltors in an ACH? As much as everyone likes the cool guy high cut helmets, ACH is just cooler to me.

I bought the same harness installed it only to put it on and realize the ops core occ dial works better for me. 120$ down the drain but at least I know now.

Its really good, i think the pvs 15’s are a little too heavy and any more counter weight would break my frail giraffe neck 😂

@@RedactedGear well some of the slipping is due to shaved head and the moister wick cover I wear was both part of issue also..Im about to get dual tubes then we will see lol..
