I’m guessing you’re from the area due to the Patriots profile pic. I can’t tell you how much I hate the Patriots, but I can tell you how much I love reading about the city of Boston during the colonial era. It is in my top 5 vacation destinations in America; closer to the top if you eliminate anything west of the Mississippi. I think it’s because I can at least say it’s a great city to be a sports fan because the Red Sox are my favorite AL team, and home to some of the greatest moments in US foundational history. Much love from a Cub fan.

If you lose that there will be no more USA. If people don't want to side with you as Americans, the whole project fails. The 'superior' mentality which is against patriotism is wrong. It's the only way a multi everything country can survive. Keep it up

Good patriotism is different than horrible nationalism. I was in the US (Boston) soon after 9/11 and I will never forget all those people staying up late at night in the middle of the streets, in the winter's cold, showing their support for their country with candles in their hands. I respect and admire the people who are proud of their motherland and would do anything to defend it. We saw This on 9/11 with the Mets and Phillies playing and this with the Boston bombing. No rivalry no matter what can rip this country apart. Even though I’m a Yankees fan my favorite quote is from the Mets captain David Wright from the night of 9/11 and it rings true no matter what teams u instert. “For one night It wasn’t just New York and Philadelphia,it was a nation coming together as one”

If you knew anything about Boston Baseball you would know the connection with that song and the Red Sox. I a native of Massachusetts who had family at the marathon who were luckily unharmed, Enjoyed the video.
