You still rock guys! I was listening to you 40 years ago. You helped me through youth, puberty, heartbreak, finding out who I was. Shame today's youth doesn't have such quality bands & music any more. Look at today's "musicians". They kinda suck. It's sad.

I was born in 1989. Raised on the soft rock channel which played tons of these incredible powerful songs from those times and I only wish I could have been around to experience it when it was in it's early years.... I miss the 80s and I wasn't even part of it.... man the talent back then just can't compare.... music today lacks empathy and really feels so out of touch... I can't "vibe" to most of the music out now.... they sang about REAL issues back then; I seriously wish that could make a comeback

I am proud to have grown up in one of the most influential periods of music the world has ever seen. These guys still rock! It's been an honor to grow with them and, all of you that were teens in the 80's. This music had an impact on our lives. Across the scale, from early rap, to pop, to Soul, R&B and all the rest. Ours was a generation of rebellion and yet, common sense. What we've grown into is what we were influenced by in those early years. Video arcades, pool and, all the while, the jukebox filled with quarters pumping out groups like 'Tears for Fears'. May we never forget.
