Nice tips Kevin, that bighorn I picked up last year had loose rivets in the hub. But the dampers seemed ok. Have you seen this on the smaller bikes as well?

@@2strokeguru I'm really interested, and invested brother, I've got an 01 ke100 I'm building, looking into doing the 12v conversion, and maybe the 102 build. Definitely going to build an expansion pipe.

Love these videos! I have searched all of your and I'm stuck on my rotary valve cover. with the seal installed it just seems way to hard to move the crank by hand. Verified the seal size. When cover is bolted down and gear is tightened down it crazy tight. I don't expect free help by any means. I would paypal/venmo you for your time via facetime. Hey Kevin I have a 78 ke100, I just got it running and when I put the choke down it revs up then turns off and also when I pull in the clutch and put it in gear it stalls and when I have it in gear with clutch in the bike still moves when I kick

@@thomascrill2842 no worries on the ke100 there's no aftermarket cdi however From 1996 to 2001 the came with cdi check out my ke100 cdi videos

Don’t get me wrong but I got the 4 pole magneto and the CDI Stator. I need the ignition coil. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Thomas Crill

@@thomascrill2842 oh that's awesome so you just need the coil kawasaki kdx50 Suzuki jr50 Suzuki lt50 all use the cdi ignition coil same as the 96 to 2001 ke100

kevin, i have a ke100 engine. wont start, carb is clean. i have spark. when i put gas in through the spark plug hole it runs, why isnt my carb giving it fuel?

Are you getting fuel to the carb I have seen plugged petcocks and plugged needle and seats

@@2strokeguru all my needles are clean, the carb is clean, it is getting fuel. my petcock isnt clogged, everything is good. fuel line isnt clogged, needle seats arent clogged. any idea?
