The Poly G7500 Web GUI allows for discovery and pairing of multiple TC8 's and/or TC10 's. Pairing multiple TC8 's/TC10 's to the same G7500 works just fine. I have been able to use multiple panels successfully under Poly OS Provider Mode and Zoom Rooms Mode. I know for a fact as far as Teams Rooms, Microsoft will only allow for one (1) single controller to be paired successfully. Regardless of which "Provider Mode" is being used, How many TC8 's and/or TC10 's does Poly/HP "OFFICIALLY" support? I cannot find any official documentation or release notes on pairing multiple touch panel controllers. All hardware is on the latest release Poly VideoOS 4.1.2-388101 .

I work for a company that integrates 3rd party audio DSP's with these units, and have found a problem with the 4.1.2 upgrade on some units: audio at the 3.5mm input will be mirrored to the output; it is as if the setting for the line input has been changed to "Playback to All Sites." - When connected to audio DSPs that route signal between microphones, speakers, and these G7500's, this causes a feedback loop/echo that results in system audio being unusable. - Unfortunately, this also coincides with the unit's network port not functioning any more; we cannot access the web GUI to change any audio settings. - The video screen of the G7500 indicates "no network detected". - A customer of ours with their own G7500s seems to have found a solution to the issue, but I do not know the details as of yet. I believe it is something having to do with a static/DHCP setting of the network port of the G7500 (note - all units with this issue we have seen, *had* been set to static IP addresses at the time of this upgrade and resulting audio issue.)

Hi 👋 thanks your sharing your experiences much appreciated. Personally I haven't heard of any issues yet but be as you said might be a specific one with a DSP and using the 3.5mm not sure when using USB as this specifically need to be configured via WebUI and will turn off any DSP inside the G7500. It is probably best to align with HP Poly support to investigate further also the DHCP and static IP is an interesting one which should be easy one to get more details via the logs maybe combination with CDP or certain switch.. again thanks for sharing.. We have a problem (in all software) in G7500 + Eagle Eye Director II on USB mode, that option Camera tracking always automatically change on OFF :/. Why Poly don't change this option to a option for use to save button? Could you to do something with this ?

At 17:50 I'm trying to upgrade my firmware on my G7500 to 4.1.2 but it keeps saying, "Unable to access provided URL". What is the alternative solution or USB work around to this?

Hi thanks for your comments. In case says "unable to access download URL" it could be blocked by your firewall (see also updated URL in the video). You can also download the firmware from Poly Lens and unzip on a big USB stick to use in one of the USB-A ports on Studio X this will also upgrade the TC8. Let me know. JZ☕️🔧

Has anyone else go the problem on a G7500 with dual screens that the resolution of Monitor 2 is fine but monitor 1 is wrong and cannot be changed? Monitor 1 is stretched and zoomed (even on the boot up sequence) this occured after updating to 4.1.2

@@janzoetemelk Yesterday I updated our G7500 to the version 4.1.2, but after that The system started rebooting all the time. I made factory reset of g7500 and now a set IP of the system but the system says "Connecting to the cloud" y I go to web Interfaces and change the password and get into the systems also says "Connecting to the cloud", Can you help me how to fixed thar..? I have 2 G7500

@@elliu31 thanks for your message. I have seen that earlier "connecting to the cloud" could be an issue connecting with the network negotiation and Poly Lens. Please try the following in theory factory reset device without internet. bit.ly/48rt3E2. That should bring it back in normal state. Hope that helps JZ☕🔧
