2years later, I am asking why is that many people are getting complication post LASIK surgery?? Many comments have read look like this surgery is even worsening their eye conditions than before undertaking it ? Any clarification ?

Hello, often this sort of sensational review or articles come from US or others countries where the pre-operative assessments are taken a little more lightly. In France, we would rather refuse to operate on a patient than risk complications. If you check our review for exemple, we don't have bad comments. Have a good day !

Hello, the LASIK operation is divided into 3 steps. First, the surgeon will create the flap. At Expert Vision Center we perform this step only with a Femtosecond laser. The thickness of the hood represents the diameter of a hair. Once this flap has been cut and raised, an Excimer laser will reshape the cornea. This laser eye correction is called "photoablation". It is during this phase, which lasts only a few seconds, that the surgeon ophthalmologist will correct your vision disorder. Finally, the ophthalmic surgeon will replace the corneal flap which holds thanks to its hinge. It will heal on its own in a few hours, without suturing or compress.
