Bought the 104 Tecware Phantom 2020 after watching your video. The brown key feels great to type on but man it's kinda noisy. Watched your review on the Akko switches. Have you tried the new Akko ones? I think they're called demon or something among others. Would love to see more budget switches being compared.

This keyboard is the reason why I don't buy Tecware products anymore or just any keyboard labelled as 'budget'. Just sharing my bitter experience with you, I was using this keyboard for few months before a couple of the keys started to not work in which they didn't detect input sometimes. It was really freaking annoying when you are playing fast-paced games like Apex Legends. Even after replacing the switches with the spares that they included, more keys start to not work. I assumed the problem might have been the switches that were replace-able with their bottom connectors not sturdy enough. I don't think the keyboard was faulty, I believe it was bound to fail or break because of the quality. And I had similar case with another budget keyboard brand called Armaggeddon. I bought an Armaggeddon MKA-5R for my wife which had the same problem after few months. Key inputs not registering. My advice for people looking to buy gaming or mechanical keyboard, try not to buy those budget ones, you'll end up wasting more instead of saving money. Buy from trustable brands like Logitech, Keychron, Razer, whatever. I am currently using Keychron K1 and it's still going strong after 2 years, only problem I had was keycaps to replace.

The problem is with the switches themselves. There might be a faulty batch. But the solution is easy enough. Take out the switch, bend the 2 metal pins inwards very slightly and that's it; it will work again. I have taught this to others and it worked every time.
@plon4742

Had bought this a while back and used it for about a year, it had started getting a bit unresponsive on some keys which could indicate bad switch quality. This is however hotswap so it shouldnt be too difficult so long as you can find the compatible low profile switches (I say compatible because outemu uses its own socket type that makes most switches not work.

I know this is a year old, but I figured I'd let people know: You can change each individual key color by pressing "FN + ~" (the key left of the 1 key and under the ESC key) and then you can click each individual key multiple times to go through each color for each key. Then press FN+~ again to lock it in.
