He will end up with probation, I’ve worked in law enforcement 21 years. It’s a non violent crime, he got a tough judge that wants to teach him a lesson, he will get a required to make restitution on (which he will never pay) and like 2 years probation. He could be bonded out for $5000, seems like no bond agent wants to deal with them either as they don’t want to play a losing game. Kid is earning his street cred in jail now.
