#7 I had an incident when I was 19, back in the 90's. On my way to work, I stopped at a gas station to get gas and check the air in my tires. I was driving a 1983 Oldsmobile Delta 88 at the time. I was pulled along the curb at the air pump and kneeling on the passenger side, filling a tire, when my car jolted. I stood up and a woman got out of a BMW and started yelling that I backed into her. And here I am, standing there with the air hose in my hand, on the passenger side of my car. She argued with me that I got out the passenger side and grabbed the hose. Thankfully, a few construction workers saw her back into my car. Her car had some decent damage on the rear passenger quarter panel. I looked at my car and she had hit the corner of the bumper. I brushed her black paint off and smiled. She got back in her car and left, and I continued topping off my tires. I miss those old tanks.

Those rim rash guards are cool and all, but my early 90s vehicles both have 14 inch rims with good sidewalls on the tires. Curb rash is no issue for me because the sidewall of the tires don’t let the rims touch the curb. New vehicles prioritize form over function. Slim tires and big rims look nice, but roads are roads and aren’t perfect. So any pot hole or crack is going to break one of those big beautiful rims and bust tires. And curbs are going to sand those mags away.

That 80+ year old woman had more than eye issues. I can understand forgetting your glasses, but i can not forgive the very poor decision to continue driving when she knows she cant see! She is conscientously risking her life and others, for what? Pull over to the far right and call some one for help; dont continue driving all over the road just hoping she makes it to her next destination. I hate to say it, but she needs to have her license revoked. I need glasses to drive too, but if i lost them, I would call some one else to help me out some how. I would never attempt to drive without my glasses.

#7 The Honda driver may have deliberately rear-ended the Tesla to have an excuse to get in the Tesla and steal it. I live in Brampton, Ontario, and its rife with car jackings and organised car theft

6:46 EVs are 100% quiet so obviously if you aren't looking at them, they go unnoticed.
