Working out is a huge deterrent and has a ton of mental advantages. Almost every single successful person starts their day with working out. I’m a strong believer in that. Speaking from personal experience It will improve your mental and physical wellbeing 10 fold.

Does anyone else ever wonder if inserting a picture of people’s mugshots or pictures from the past would help the casual viewer realize how much these people have changed? It would really paint a full picture of these people weren’t always as healthy as they are today! I think it would especially help the younger people that listen in

Hard for felons to legally own a firearm to protect themselves and their families. That's highly important.

*"The felony hasn't hindered me in any type of way"* Go try buying a firearm, it'll make it very clear how much a felony can hinder. Imo having a firearm only helps you do what you're already doing. In recovery if you're helping others, you can find yourself around sketchy people and in sketchy situations where a lot of people will go to help either way but literally nothing changes if they have the ability to own a piece too, just in case something pops off. If you don't need it, you don't need it but personally, I'd rather have something daily that I don't need for years if it means the one day I actually do need it, it's on me. I've never needed the spare tire in my trunk, smoke detectors or fire extinguishers but I still have all of them because I grew up with the saying, "it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it." Glad you're helping others, keep up the great work in recovery!

So proud of this guy. Trying Xanax/benzos in general is hands down the absolute worst decision I've ever made. The stories I've heard about my actions while blacked out make my skin crawl. So many years of my life and my integrity pissed down the drain because I couldn't deal with my near-constant anxiety without substances. To anyone listening, it's NOT worth it. 🙏

I can attest to school being a networking event I had to hustle to ensure my Lil brother and I had what we wanted essentially it was one of the best paying jobs I ever had my commute to work was free and all my customers are there reading willing to pay me for my services everyone always needed some kind of drug I was the first kid in uniform because of tattoos and and I was randomly searched everyday for the last 2 years I was in school

Tbh this story is the average guy that you would meet while doing time. Hollywood got everyone thinking everyone is doing big time schemes and get caught lol. I don't believe most of the guys that do these interviews they definitely play up what they got caught doing just my opinion.

If your stealing a little weed out of a OZ from a much older brother is being resourceful , if your stealing your moms TV or jewelry to get high is being a peice of shit addict. There kinda a difference in the to things , granted it's both stealing from your family .

DUI is class a, dwi is class c misdemeanor I believe, could be b - can’t remember. There is a difference tho. DWI is a less severe punishment. If you fight a DUI it’s often reduced to DWI if you have a half decent lawyer. Less or no probation, less time on the license suspension, etc. no device required in the car to blow into to drive. there is a difference bro. DWI doesn’t count as a strike toward the 3 strike DUI penalty either - not in my state. Fine is less as well. It’s a less severe crime in the laws eyes

Hahaha shout out to Joe Tock if your in Putnam county and need a lawyer to get you out felonies or whatever tock or Spain and Spain will do you no wrong but you need bread if not your getting pro bono and getting drug court fuxking up and going up north or just take the loss up front and do less time and go straight up top. But that takes some soul searching coming from someone from Putnam county and has gone through the ringer
