TEFLON MILK PIE RECIPE
Material :
pie crust:
10 tbsp wheat flour
5 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
fill/vla:
2 eggs
10 tbsp water
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
How to make :
1. Prepare a container, add flour, margarine and sweetened condensed milk then stir until smooth and become a dough
2. prepare the Teflon and flatten the dough in the Teflon evenly with all the surfaces of the Teflon and neatly with a spoon
3. Add the eggs, water and cornstarch to a bowl then stir until evenly mixed, then add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, stir again until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
4. Prick the pie shell dough with a fork and add the filling using a sieve so that the filling is smoother and not lumpy.
5. Cover the Teflon and cook the pie until cooked over super low heat so that the pie crust doesn't burn (if the filling bubbles during cooking, you can pierce it again with a fork)
6. When it's cooked, remove the pie and put it on a plate. Slice it then serve
