A 'fair portion' of Hamilton County juvenile court employees left the job within the last year.
Juvenile Court Administrator Sam Mairs says that's largely because salaries for court employees are "woefully inadequate."
"I have staff members that have been there for 25 years, who make less money than the DCS starting out," Mairs says.
He's looking to change that.
