Nice progression of manual therapy and exercise for tennis elbow. I like the idea of having someone start with manual therapy and end with the stretches 👍

Solid! As an OT, I love to explore and exploit this during and in addition to therapeutic activities, people report real relief. I'm glad you communicated this so simply and clearly (as always) so people feel empowered, especially advising against starting with stretching!

I’m exactly 2 years to the week since I injured my right elbow moving an 80+kg metal trunk on my own (helping out…paid for it!). First time in my 50+ years I’ve had an injury that’s lasted more than a few weeks, and it’s definitely limiting my life. Ultrasound confirmed injury, and given kiné 2x per week, then once a week - but after 7 or 8 months I gave up. Im going to give this a shot & will report back.

Had surgery and then PT. We did Astem, Estem, dry needling, flossing and exercises. Finally pretty much pain free but it took a lot of work.

Thanks for sharing. People generally underestimate how long it takes to truly rehabilitate from a chronic tendinopathy. Glad you stuck with it!

Oh man, if it were not for your videos, I would be believing that nothing more can be done for injuries sustained a little over a year ago. Lucky for me, I subbed to your channel. Thank you soooo much!

@@MovementProjectPT Well, now that you've said it...... I had Battle's Sign on both sides of my head and still have localized pain in those areas. I'm wondering if there is connective tissue that needs to be exercised. Do you have a video that touches on that by chance?

@@MovementProjectPT Prior to my spectacular accident, I've had zero injuries and have been a picture of health. Now, since, I've been getting pain in the very same area, behind the ears, where the Battle's Sign occurred. Very odd spot.

@@skully0078 Definitely get cleared by doc to rule out major issues. A good Physio can check your upper cervical spine for restrictions which could help your mobility and symptoms
