Simon, as a 4.5 player, I appreciate these drills. But what I wanted to ask is this - how to properly be in the right foot position when going into your swing. After 40 years of playing, I managed to develop arthritis in my left foot. I believe this is a result of crossover too much on my forehand (closed stance). How to practice being more open at the hit point?
