Hi Jeff, I sent you a note yesterday about my serve and then I found this blog/video and it was exactly what I was asking about. The elbow drop. You mentioned some drills to help correct this and can you show those or talk about it? Thanks, Andrew

I seem the elbow position is the same or so in both examples. What the player is dropping more in the first example is the forearm / hand. A question Jeff, if I could. After the trophy pose, the motion in witch the raquet head drops down , is a volountary action ? I dont't understand if the raquet drops down due a right shoulder relaxation ( passive motion) or due a volountary shoulder rotation ( active motion ). Thanks, Alberto Italy

My serve was amazing then suddenly i start double faulting. I don't understand what i'm doing wrong. And its all of a sudden is really hard for me to concentrate while serving. Any tips?

Yes, i've seen....thank you Jeff ..i 'll work on it. There isn't angle between shoulder line and hips line in my serve and that left tilting when i land .. i seem it happens because I do a forced jump ..instead to use the legs as a trunk sustain . What do you can say about the raquet drop after the trophy pose ? The raquet drops down passively due the shoulder relaxation ? Thank you Ciao Alberto

uhhh i dont serve like that a very very very easy way to fix this habit is scratch ur back with ur racket when you serve (not literally but close) and u will see more power, torque, efficient , control with ur serves, as
