The title says it all.... or most of it. The real world interfered in my ability to do a full show, but I was still able to talk about the upcoming Trash American Style Farewell To Connecticut popup store, upcoming Antiseen and Malcolm Tent solo gigs, the Punk Flea Freakshow, and plenty of other jaundiced opinions. Tune in... turn on.... drop into this week's TTT!
Malcolm Tent is the owner of Trash American Style. For 21 years as a brick and mortar record store, Trash was a beacon for record collectors, punk rockers, hippies, metal heads, and anyone who loved music and underground culture. At Trash, it was (and still is) all about the vinyl.
He is also the owner of TPOS Productions, a label specializing in obscure, weird, and outsider music. Plus even some bands you might have heard of.
On top of that, he is the bass player for Antiseen, bassist for Ultrabunny, guitar player for They Hate Us, bass man for the Bloody Apostles, and purveyor of acoustic guitar punk rock all over the world. A real touring machine, you might say.
"Tent Talks Tunes" is his vlog of music commentary, criticism, and discussion. We welcome your comments and input to the dialog.
Please look for Malcolm Tent on Facebook and Instagram, where he has lots more music related content. And don't forget to subscribe to the Malcolm Tent KZitem channel!
