This is a perfect meal prep video, right down to the nutritional panel. It works! It's all about calories in and out for me, I appreciate you not using specialised "diet stuff", not that there is anything wrong with that, but because often they are EXPENSIVE. Good to see everyday ingredients being reeled into healthy and approachable.

Been cycling through the salmon teriyaki, lemon chicken, and fire cracker beef recipes and have lost 11lbs since Jan. Haven't actively been watching my weight so 2nd March was the first time I looked and I jumped off the scales in surprise 🤣. Absolutely put it down to your recipes so thanks very much. Thank you very much! You’ll always lose a little bit of flavour upon reheating but not to the point that it doesn’t taste good anymore. I reheated all of this in the microwave and it was just as good fresh 😊

I've made this (and most of your other meals) a bunch of times and I can't get over how good the teriyaki flavour tastes 😍 any ideas on how to make the sauce thicker? It always comes out quite thin for me

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of cornstarch with 1-3 tablespoons of water , add this just few minutes before the food is cooked. Stir properly

Love your food prep videos. I have a question. How do you prevent cooked chicken from drying out after re-heating in the oven? I kept my meal prep in the freezer for a few days. When I re-heat my meal, the chicken became tough and dry.

I use a program that runs in my website builder which I don’t think you can get unless you have all the subscriptions needed when running a website. There’s lots of free ones out there which you should be able to find on google.

Man. I did it. I wish I could post photos here. They came out so good on my end. I ended up using white rice instead of brown and I was kind of scared of doing the sauce myself, so I just used store bought. Still delicious. ♥️♥️♥️

The bok choy and scallions etc. This is the third recipe of yours I did. Honey chicken was done as well, along with the creamy garlic chicken. Delicious. Omg.

This is amazing! I really enjoy cooking more lavishly on weekends, but sometimes I find it hard to prepare quick meals throughout the week. I knew that you can freeze meals, but I always thought that they would taste weird/diffferent/soggy after reheating. As I have already tried some of your other recipes (which were super flavourful btw), I am gonna give these a go too. Thanks!

Honestly, its a health and safety rule for professional kitchens to serve to a customer but it really doesnt matter reheating at home. Ive never met a person that doesnt reheat rice and has ever had a problem doing so. Just as long as its hot, there's no issues at all.

Those are some rad knives. I've had a complete set of Kershaw/Shun for 20 or so years and they don't seem to hold an edge as they once did and I'm looking for some replacements.

This is the second meal prep I have tried. I've had much faith in you since the first one as I make them on Sunday night without a plan B. I've not been let down, very simple to make yet soooo gooood! This one isn't as tasty as the honey chicken but still delicious, I think I'll put chilli flakes into the sauce next time.
