The best phrase of all the videos so far is from David at 1:33: "We are probably between 90 and an Hour and a Half" :p Thanks for the review, this is one of my most anticipated games from this year :)

Great overview! Terraforming Mars is an instant classic; my son (24 yrs old) and I (54) LOVE playing this game, and highly recommend it. HOWEVER, upgrading to aftermarket player mat frames is ESSENTIAL (but well worth it; we prefer the plexiglass type from GameBoost). Regarding Man vs Meeple: I really appreciate the incredibly high production values, accuracy, and professionalism you guys bring. THE best channel of its kind on the net. Keep up the great work.

Hey guys! I appreciate the detailed and well-edited review. Definitely got me convinced to pick up this game whenever its available in my area. =) Just wanna say also, I'm a long time fan. Drakkenstrike's Components Breakdown was THE review show that got me wildly interested in board games. You have no idea how many games I've bought on account of those videos. I was bummed to see this channel down for a couple of years. Now you're back and stepped the quality WAY up a notch. I'm very enthusiastic to see the new coverage you all have to offer! Keep up the excellent work!

Solid review guys! Very steady in sound and presentation. Like the add-on card information like this. simple and clean, not too much fading and incoming effects. Game looks great, but indeed not consistent high quality. Stronghold can really make a step at that. Mechanics looking awesome, maybe little getting used to, but challenging!

Videos keep getting better and better. Appreciate all of your work. Production quality is really showing. This game definitely looks good. I love that it's put together in Indiana. I think this game would work with one of my game groups. I love the theme as well.

Great production guys. This is definitely on my wish-list. Out of stock everywhere online. I like how you show other games around the shelves. I noticed one called Roll Player. Though I saw something like that on a KS or something but didn't view because there are just too many games on KS to keep track of.

Nice review and great show format- just found your channel recently and will continue to watch. I was very excited for this game but the inconsistent artwork, player boards layouts (please don't sneeze, anyone) and cubes that I've heard chip & flake too easily keep me hoping for a revised second edition in the near future. The simple truth is, there are so many good games being released that TM had to be a strong cut above the rest and didn't quite make it there for this player.

Came hear to see what you guys thought of this game originally. It is a favorite in my group, but I absolutely won't play it without the player board overlays that I bought for each player (those alone set me back $50). The components in this game do not live up to the quality of the game itself. My board also began to crack after the first play. All that being said, it's a joy to play. I cannot count how many times I have played it and each instance felt very different. What an amazing design. It is a crying shame that there isn't a deluxe version. If any game deserves a makeover, it's Terraforming Mars.

It is tough to argue with this review at all. I have only played it solo so far, but I really enjoy it. I completely agree about the player boards, though. They are problematic, at best. It is a shame that those are so cheaply made, but everything else looks really good. Nice review.

+Man Vs Meeple The main thing that was 'jarring' to me was the colour palette and the font choice of the cards/board clashing with the other art (but I see what you're saying). Here's to hoping it does well enough for a 2nd edition :) and awesome review!

Played this today with 5 players. The graphic design is a mess, awful. Its like buying a car with red metal doors a plastic brown roof and cardboard wheels. The game itself is meh, the hype train is not justified for this game. It needs some mechanic tweaks to make it flow better and the theme is somewhere, but I couldn't find it.

the cards and components look great, but the player boards are purely a bore and the cubes sliding all over the mat is never fun. they should have upgraded the cardstock for the player mats with cube cut outs to hold your stats in place.. I've already bought the other 2 mars games, so i think i will pass for now on this one. Good show fellas, im subbed.
