I keep loving you, every other day. People who venture into this kind of aspect of work (like you're doing) probably got to a point where they had to do this (courageously sharing their experience), because, it actually connects them more to their audience and showing the practicality of what they teach. All I could muster, was "hmmmm"... Because, if they remove that dating, everything you said looks like you're describing the me that hadn't evolved (I'm still working on me, by God's Spirit). Thank you, I personally appreciate your genuineness.

If I don't do anything, the next 5, 10 will still be the same so I get to get moving. In my early 30s and I feel its too late but I believe it's not. I can start from where I am and be better. Thank you for your vulnerability Winnie. May God help us and continue to give you more grace for this chanel 🙏

Plus, I also have a triangular lifestyle, I find it really tasking to go out. That second point, I learnt it just recently and trust me I have been battered even by people who I had no business with because I opened my arms to everyone. I remember also almost getting married because it seemed like it was time even though I knew I wasn’t ready to be anyone’s wife let alone mother. I’m learning how to make and keep friends now. Thanks Winnie. Still a work in progress

I think we both share the same childhood experiences and honestly, I am still battling with some of these things in my late 30's even as a mum. The points that hit me the most were: The triangular life, not retaining friendships, worrying about what people think of me, and not wanting to ask for help. Most of these behaviours stem from the childhood restrictions by my elderly ones, because most of the time, they were overly protective of me since I was the last born of the family. I find it difficult asking for help because many times I've done so, I hardly get positive responses, maybe because most people often think my need for assistance isn't so serious. I've learnt to handle a lot independently which I also think is not so bad. These traits ended up becoming part of my life but currently Ive been working on breaking out from them gradually. I believe i'll definitely get there. Thanks so much for this one! Weldone.
