The West Memphis Police Department, the District Attorney’s Office, and the judge who presided over this farce should have all been arrested and put in jail for railroading those three teenagers just so they could appear to be “heroes” and get the case closed. Everyone involved in putting those teenagers in jail should be doing time. Whoever killed those little boys was full of anger and rage... and it was somebody who knew them.

I absolutely believe that it was someone they knew. He is lying in the beginning of this video saying that Stevie didn’t show up for dinner. Pam testified that she made steak and peas for dinner and partially digested peas were found in Stevie’s stomach during the autopsy. Terry Hobbs certainly does act like he’s guilty and hiding something and his inappropriate habit of laughing at serious questions regarding murder is heinous and makes him look like even more of a suspect. Now, having said all that, even if an individual doesn’t believe Terry Hobbs is guilty or involved, it still doesn’t change the fact that this investigation was completely botched. We know that the majority of murder victims are killed by someone they know. The fact that the WMPD and Crittendon County Sheriffs Office never interviewed the parents, never properly canvassed the area, including neighbors, is beyond negligent. Those close to murder victims should ALWAYS be immediately interviewed and independently investigated, if for no other reason than to quickly exclude them from suspicion so that the police can pursue other leads if necessary. By not doing so, any evidence that pertains to any particular suspicious activity or individual or discrepancies in a story can be immediately followed up on. Completely aside from that, this case has always appeared to be one that the boys knew the person/persons who killed them. If it had been a stranger, it’s likely that three eight year old boys would have scattered and ran in different directions at the first sign of danger. This case has always screamed of the situation where the boys were seemingly worried more about the repercussions of not listening and running away, that they were worried about making the situation worse by not obeying. If a parent/authority figure they knew was involved, it makes sense that they’d fear the repercussions of disobeying because they didn’t think they were going to be killed.

Who ever looks at this behavior and mannerisms and think that’s the mannerisms of a innocent man needs to get evaluated. This is my first time watching this deposition or any of his actually and within the first 5 minutes I felt he was guilty. And the fact he is so aware that he literally knows every question to awnser and the ones not to awnser and he can describe things pretty vividly except when it comes to that life changing traumatic day. 1) The fact he’s being so skeptic makes him sus 2) the way every time even the slight sound of the westm3 boys maybe being possibly innocent says a lot too, if you didn’t have anything to do with it then why wouldn’t you want the real murders to be caught if it’s proven it’s not them 3) you can literally look in his eyes and see right through him , he’s tryna wear a poker face but you can see it in his eyes 4) why would a grown man that used to sneak into random strangers homes be scared to go out in a Forrest after their stepson? That sounds sus too 5) Pam Hobbs actually had an interview that after the murders he kept telling her to just move on and they’re not coming back etc.. no innocent person woood talk like that . Drove around all over and made stops in places, but can't remember who's car they drove. wtf, who was driving? Gives some details on the places he searched,but when the officer ask where's that, he can't remember. Said he changed his clothes. Parents could be wearing a suit and if there kid was missing they wouldn't stop to take a piss. Said someone told him they saw the boys in the forest area. When the officer ask about the guy, your first response would have been that he was old, young, or middle age guy. The boy was 4 hours late from being home and he doesn't call police or he wasn't mad. Even though the other boys parents kids where there also stating there boys still wasn't home either. When he lies he looks out the corner of his eyes. Give him a lie detector test. Made it sound like he searched all night into the next day. When he stopped at 2. This guy thinks he's a bad ass, but was scared to walk in the dark in the woods. I would almost bet that his buddy and him parked somewhere getting high and didn't bother looking, because they already knew where they where and that they where deceased. Only guity people forget this much. That town is small. saying the new girlfriend wasn't nice looking, like he's some kind of catch. Here's a great point. When you're child isn't home, or missing, what is the 1st thing you do? You pick up the phone and call around to their friends houses and you ask if they've seen him. Driving in a car is a time waster because you have to get your keys, put shoes on, gather your toddler, put the child in a car seat, buckle them in, start the car, back out, drive around, look while driving, get out, knock on doors, wait for the person to come to the door, ask them if he's there, stop and explain why you're there, get back in the car, drive to the next place, all while the other child is probably hungry fussy crying etc. Calling is a WAY faster option.

I have a theory.....Terry and David went looked for Stevie, and they found them, Terry pissed off already because Stevie hadn't come home on time, Stevie said something to make Terry lose control, and Terry either slapped him, or punched him, and knew he fucked up because Christopher Byers, and Michael Moore saw it, and Terry knew it would be jail time, so he killed all three. I don't think Jacoby had anything to do with killing them, but I do think he helped get rid of evidence, and possibly dispose of the bodies. Then he dropped Jacoby off, took Amanda home, he changed clothes, hid the muddy, bloody clothes, and then went and picked up Pam.

I literally wrote the EXACT same thing on video number 1 of this deposition. I said his inappropriate grins were Duper’s Delight because he couldn’t contain the smile/smirk because he finds it amusing that he got away with his lies and criminal behavior and his body betrays his mind. That’s also why people nod yes while saying no or vice versa, it’s the body and mind in a disconnect. The Duper’s Delight and getting away with it for so long starts to make him think that he’s intellectually superior, when in all reality, a dead stump is intellectually superior to Terry Hobbs.

Well as far as I can tell his testimony matches pretty well with his testimony in the police interview which was on June 21st 2007 one month shy of 2 years before this testimony so if he was making it up or if he was lying he’s a good liar and good at keeping his story straight over the last 2 years I’ve always doubted his innocence but there’s no denying his story is the same as 2 years ago so that’s that
@daphneblake5593

His story is indeed fairly consistent between those two interviews. Now compare those interviews to what he said in 2006 (Dimension Films) and what David Jacoby said. That's were things get pretty interesting.

All one has to do is read through all...all of the trial. Problem is, these people that think they are innocent cherry pick instead of looking at everything as a whole. The case is closed, with multiple confessions, witness statements and the fact the defense asked for the alford plea where they each signed their guilt. Now for echols bringing up dna testing...it was done on multiple items by the defense..hense asking afterward for the alford plea. The defense are the only ones that saw the dna results. They have blamed two grieving fathers, a probation officer and now are blaming some shadowy figure in the police department. With 20million dollars and the best lawyers in the game...just cant prove their innocence.

@@daphneblake5593 I think he really did drive around looking for three boys who were only missing at one point that evening...the problem was he found them! (This is between the time TH fed Stevie the vegetables and the time he had to go pick up Pam from work, which of course he was late doing.) Didn't one of the neighbors say Chris Byers told them he was running away because his stepdad beat him again? Leads me to believe maybe they were actually trying to hide in the woods, not just playing, especially if Stevie were beaten that day also (since he was supposed to be home before Pam went to work). If they were refusing to come home, then it could explain how things got physical. It also appears Jacoby was at the crime scene too. Whether that was when it happened or whether TH got him to help afterwards idk, but I doubt that hair was from the search.

He's got a very selective memory, funny how they were looking all over Memphis but decided not to look where the boys usually go and where they had been found🤔 If that was any normal father they would of been frantic and called the police instantly. Bad feeling or no bad feeling, if you had been told that your missing son was last seen in those woods you would walk, run and crawl through there frantically NO MATTER WHAT!!!!! His wife probably left him because after finding that knife deep down she knew it was him and his friend who had done these despicable acts. He's as guilty as HELL in my opinion😡😡😡😡 Great interrogation💯👌
