Fans are running at 100% power (12v) with low noise adapters slightly limiting the voltage. Y connection splitter allows it to fit in just a single 4 pin PWM or 3 pin DC header. Tesla K80 isn't currently powered. Part was printed in PLA, screws needed to secure it to the card (unsure of which kind). As the printed part can differ from the model's measurements, some minor post processing must be performed if the printer isn't perfectly calibrated, such as widening the screw holes.
As the fans have rounded corners, there is some air escaping through the holes in the corner. Given that different 60mm fans may occupy a slightly different shape, I recommend using a removable sealant around the holes (hot glue, duct tape, caulk, Sugru, etc.). No opinion as to whether air should be pushed or pulled over the heat fins. STL file will be uploaded on request.
