We were able to test fly a capella aircraft in Lithuania. A gentleman just finished building his experimental Capella airplane and was trying to figure out how a few issues with it. Since I was the only one they knew of that had a capella aircraft they reached out from Lithuania to ask for manuals.
While on our trip they reached out again showing that they completed the airplane kit. So we went to go check it out.
