I myself have a pair. They are actually weaker than normal steel toe boots. The sole will wear out pretty quickly due to actually being very thin (which is part of why they're so flexible) The kevlar sheath under the sole only covers part of the bottom. NAILS CAN AND WILL penetrate the kevlar as well. a single nail only takes roughly 30ish pounds to penetrate. For a normal steel toe shoe these aren't bad for the price (average around 40 bucks online) but they aren't some godlike shoe they claim to be. I would recommend these for people who work in factories that require steel toe, but you need something more comfortable than a thick boot, and can give up some of the protection. If they were marketed more honestly I would publicly endorse them and make my own video, but given the dishonesty and misleading from these shoes, no thanks. As far as Wes Hamstra goes, he just lost a subscriber for being a shill. And a thumbs down.

Yes they have exaggerated the performance of these shoes but I picked these shoes up for $13 at Gabe’s and honestly they are the best utility shoes I have ever purchased. It’s been 7 months of walking my son to school, yard work, fishing and trapping and they still operate on normal. I have owned and used a lot of shoes over my military career and these shoes have slip resistance, do offer ample toe protection and have some puncture protection most of all they are super comfortable. If you you can buy them for less than $50 then they are absolutely a good buy just my humble opinion.

I have 2 pair of these. I use 1 pair for work, and the other pair for casual. My reason for buying these is they provide more safety than a pair of tennis shoes. They provide as good if not better comfort for about the same price. The fact that they bend easily is critical, as most steel toed shoes don't. Of course a work boot is going to be the best protection for many tradesmen. But for those of us in light construction, such as residential painting, trim/ fine carpentry, wallpapering, etc. ,these are an excellent buy, and are very easy to remove when needed. My only issue is they are made in China. I will look for a similar shoe made elsewhere on my next purchase.

Honestly, nothing is indestructible. These seem geared for the office employee that has to take trips out to the shop floor. They're not out there all the time so they don't need full on work boots with steel toe, tongue, and sole. I looked into these because I do exactly that - I work mostly at my desk but have to attend to manufacturing issues on the floor several times a day. I don't want to be wearing work boots in the office where I spend most of my time. Again, nothing is indestructible. I don't care if your shoes are made from a solid ball of tungsten.
