That Kaki King Bridge thing looks like an awesome gadget to pick up. You're right though that it seems really pricey for what it is. I was thinking it might be like $50 when you said it was expensive, not $80! It also seems a lot larger than it needs to be. I don't have one, nor did I do any engineering on it, but it looks like it could be a lot narrower, and also doesn't look like it needs to be quite so tall. I really want to get one to check out though!

I have serious problems fretting a normal guitar due to my fingers being rather thick and not very flexible. I tried the Chordbuddy, and let me tell you, if anyone has a similar issue, there's a product out there for you. Probably. I just haven't found it yet, as it certainly is NOT the Chordbuddy. Because your guitar needs to fit, otherwise you can't use it. And the way it is built, yours likely won't fit. Sammy actually managed to fit it quite well, at least better than anything I could do. In my case, the nobs that are supposed to push down the strings actually went IN BETWEEN the strings and got stuck. It was almost comically bad, like it was designed to do that. Unless they create a new version that can be adjusted horizontally, don't risk it. Try something else. Like... converting your 6-string guitar into a 4-string or something, so you have more space between the strings.

The Guitar Wing could be cool with some good effects and depth control. Sounds like most buttons were set to +/- 12? The Kaki King Bridge is cool too. I think Keith Levene must've used something similar on PiL's Flowers Of Romance album to get some of the tones and vibrato he did. Hard to believe that was almost 40 years ago. But what goes around, comes around - again. LOL

Sam, you missed the boat on the giant pick. Ya gotta think outside the box. What you have there is mini pedal board specifically for those mini case Fx like Mooer popularized several years and is now a part of any serious Fx pedal company’s lineup. I bet you could fit 5 or 6 of those tiny pedals, including the mini power supply. The whole thing would fit in a used cordura hi-hat cymbal bag that goes for maybe $10 US (or $100 Canadian) on Reverb.com

TBH, I am using Guitar Wing for some time and for me it is just a handy and wireless MIDI controller that works perfect with the guitar modelling software when playing live and when you don't want to have cables around your feet ;) I am using it just for switching modes of the virtual amp, changing songs/programs or turning the tuner on/off (with Cantabile and S-Gear). I don't find it really useful as a creative tool (because usually I have my hands busy when playing guitar) but as some nice additional controller of basic (or even more advanced) MIDI functions - it's perfect. Additional pro: you can change the colours of the LEDs so it looks definitely cool when playing live ;)

You can say what you want about that midi controller but there's times where I'm sitting at home fiddling with patches/effects that could be switched with midi where a quick access button would be convenient to go from clean to distorted or turning on/off a specific pedal. That said there are probably way better gadgets then this to accomplish just this. Like foot pedal midi controllers but having it right there on the guitar wouldn't be all that bad.
