I have been on 3.5 years and love it. My biceps 💪 are not as spectacular but they are a close. Don't wait to pick yourself off the floor before you do something.

I went from 240 to 190 just cutting out carbs and sugar and increasing my protein intake to 20-30 grams per meal. Food is the key
