Jeez, imagine running a 46.9 and almost giving up a lead 😳 44.16 split that was in pursuit?? Goodness! Wasn’t expecting the 3rd leg to be a white guy, 45.9 is also quite sick.. but 45.0 out of the blocks is just nasty. Whole thing was crazy to watch

I think Florida's gamble on Fahnbulleh showed he is NOT a 400m performer. He is lucky that he had a huge lead. But with his slow starts at the shorter distances he really made a smart decision to go to Liberia to get on an Olympic team.

joseph fahnbulleh Runs the 400m that is crazy. He was gassed but dang he kicked it in and didn’t give up the lead. Wow! Def not a 400M runner but has a ton of heart at the end. His future is def the 200m.

He needs to do more 400m races in practice and during a meet and he will improve. Usain bolt originally ran 200m and then did the 100m. I ran the 200m and my coach had me run 400m races even if I lost. He said it would make me stronger in the 200m, and it did

Nah stick with one and 2 and possibly specialize at 2. he ran 47 on that leg. they are running 45- 46 over hurdles.
