On this video, I smoked up some Texas Style Pulled Pork on my Pit Barrel Cooker. The rub I used was my version of SPG ( See Recipe Below). This was a 9 pound pork shoulder and the total cook time was 9 hours. My Pit Barrel ran between 250 and 300 degrees the entire cook. I used 1 basket of Fogo charcoal and also 1 basket of regular Kingsford blue charcoal along with some hickory chunks. This was some of the best pulled pork I've made and I highly recommend the SPG seasoning for your next pulled pork.
