Using metal spoon to non stick coating pan is not right?

metal cooking spoon sbould not be used oon teflon pan, else it leaves scratcbmarks on and pan is ruined.

Some major issues here: the oil was clearly not hot enough - the flour just rinsed off the fish. Wrong pan to use - didn't submerge the whole fish - the basting just washed off the flour the lack of season of the flour is just wrong - a little salt and pepper is a must the fish was not prepared - the upper and underside need to be trimmed. also. for the love of god, take that metal spoon away from that lady. she will ruin all your nice pans. good idea for a dish though.

How should i prepare the fish before frying it? (besides removing the scales) Are those cuts on the fish so it wont bend while cooking or do they also serve to remove the insides? Thanks!!

Hi there the fish when u go to the shop and buy it u can always ask them to clean it for u and i'm sure they do clean it for u include the inside and every thing, so u don't have to worry about it just ready to cook it. And the cut slide on the fish body is the way before we cook we must cut it slide like that so the fish get to cook quick and faster abosorb the flavour in if u do the marinate it or pour the sauce on it so yes that pretty much it. I am sure they can will clean it for u. Hope it helps u. :-)

haha yes. even if she told us the oil needs to be hot, otherwise the flour will become soggy.
