His french is good, the King of Thailand had a lot of charisma. He is talking about communism, says that it isn't a real danger and that the Thai must keep their traditions and support religion against them.

Condolences, a King to be referred in history, may he rest in peace. (Couldn't appreciate the lack of protocol & respect the foreign journalist displays, standing and hands by the waist.), perhaps the forgiving King only sees an informed amateur foreign journalist then.

@@johnnada6857 they at least shouldn't be standing when he is sitting, you usually are supposed to be on an either lower or common ground with the person you're speaking to. to be standing and expect the other person to look up while talking to you is already unacceptable with the average elderly in thailand nevertheless the king himself. the hands by the waist thing is also very rude.

What a strange setting as the interviewer was standing and HM the King had to turn his face to reply to him. HM the King was very kind to not asking for any change.

He was superb in many fields. Check out his artworks, musical talents (49 songs composed, many instruments played), many registered patents, gold medal in sailing, etc. Also, he’d walked on almost every inch of Thailand. Once he became king he had worked tirelessly and never traveled outside the kingdom for personal pleasure.

C'est avec une vive émotion que nous ré-écoutons : feu le roi de Thaïlande RAMA 9 .
I don't know a word his late majesty spoke but hearing his voice again in any languages made me cry. I miss him so much. His royal higness may protect us from the great heaven.
