Crazy how archaic the older souls games look now. That or the upgrades on my pc really to be shining

Why didn't they add the "switch action" option when attempting to access a grace with a message nearby in Elden Ring? They did in the other games...weird

Don't know if I'm the only one noticing this but I just noticed that more players wears heavier armor in Dark souls 3 and Elden Ring but yet barely anything in 1 and 2 strangely. I've always wore the heavier stuff in 1 and 2 and literally nothing in Dark souls 3 and Elden Ring because they kinda ruined armor in those two in my opinion. I get some souls vets like the added challenge and do speed runs but it's kinda strange still

Outside of PvP or specific bosses armour is pretty useless in all of them. Why wear super heavy armour to survive an extra 3 hits if you can use that weight for FASHION or more weapons.

@@yonneye2427 True and buffs seem to be more effective than armor in Dark Souls 3 although still not sure if the buff from Havel's great shield is better than stacking deep protection and perseverance or worse. Normally just pop the buff from Havel's great shield since I like never roll unless for platforming or something but that's personal preference though

@@thepainkiller5527 Havel’s shield buff is identical to iron flesh 40% absorption. Deep protection gives 5% and perseverance gives 45%. 40% vs 50% but if you’re using perseverance it means you’re not actively attacking for a few seconds. Additional armour can only add around 30% to either. Instead of using Havel’s you can use iron flesh plus perseverance to get 85%. Then sacred oath for another 10%. Or at least it would if the game stacked buffs like that, but either way buffs are the way to go.

Those boys and a (very) few other are able to, in this case these guy lose their ability to be helpful just before endgame. Also this is a early game boss vs mid game summons.

Situations that are easily escaped, that’s what DS2’s problem was?
