INGREDIENTS:
The Cake
180 g cake flour
60 g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
300 g granulated sugar
170 g milk
100 g plain yoghurt
130g canola oil
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
For Frosting
150 g water
40 g corn starch
100 g whipping cream400 g milk
200 g granulated sugar
50 g cocoa powder1/4 tsp salt
150 g unsalted butter(melted)
Procedure
In a bowl sieve cake flour,coco powder and then add baking powder,baking soda and salt and mix dry ingredients.
In a bowl add eggs and sugar and mix until sugar dissolved. Then add oil and mix . Then add vanilla essence,yougart and milk and mix.
Then add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix properly.
Pour the batter into cake tin glazed with oil and butter paper.
Bake in preheated pan for 40-50 minutes.
For frosting
In a bowl mix corn flour and water and set aside.
In a pan add sugar ,coco powder ,salt,milk and cream and mix.
Put the pan on a stove and cook untill mixture boils.
Then add mixture of corn flour and mix until the mixture thickens.
And let it cool.
Assembling.
Cut the cake into two and spread some juice on the cake and put frosting in the middle of the cake and put another over it and cover the cake with transparent sheet and pour frosting . Then frost the cake with fristing and serve.
