Hey, I am Belamis the creator of this puzzle. I am glad you and others enjoyed it, and it was great to see the logic / solve path from a different perspective. I really enjoyed creating the 1/9 logic! This was just my second published sudoku, so hopefully some of my future puzzles live up to this level. 🙂

18:21 I really liked this variation. I like thermos and the little extra twist on this one was really fun.

Fun novel constraint, felt intimidating on first look but was actually very approachable - and flowed extremely well!

The rules really should state 'must be' followed by a 1 instead of 'can be'.

I like this constraint -- I don't think I've seen it before. As others have stated, the rule definition could use a little adjustment, but I figured it out quickly enough. Just a little over 2X BremSter time for me. I don't know how to improve my speeds, but it's fun figuring out the process. I really enjoyed this puzzle!

22:56 Really cool one, first "phase" of figuring out where thermos reset and second "phase" of finding all of the unexpected pairs and triples on thermos, were both really satisfying

Wow, this was very cool! I felt like I just played around with where the 9/1 breaks could be without conflict, and when I found a set that worked, I forged ahead and it solved cleanly in just 8:35 (conflict checker off)... not sure if I just understood implicitly what was going on, or I got lucky! 😅 Many thanks to Belamis for this amazing puzzle!

You can see immediately that the first opportunity for a 9/1 reset must be taken because otherwise the second is too late. This makes the second opportunity impossible. It is only slightly harder to resolve all the remaining opportunities but one.

I was really please with myself as I filled in the final few squares, only to have it break right at the very end! Fortunately I didn't have to unwind too far before I found a silly little error (centre marked a 4 rather than a 5 in r1c9). Great puzzle.

Poor wording of rules fo me, very easy to read them wrong regarding 1s and 9s. It's like a 'negative.' Much easier would have been so indicate that 'a 1 can come after a 9 but only when crossing a region boundary.'

I started this one by feeling and got it wrong. The way your did it with colours was the best way. Nice puzzle! 😊

The weirdest I have solved so far. It went from a total brain muddle to just falling into place. Quite lovely.
