The Great Gatsby is my all time favourite classic FOR SURE! 🙈 I‘m from Germany, so a lot of our required reading was from german, or european authors (except for our English class) but my favourite books were: * „all quiet on the western front“ by Erich Maria Remarque (my favourite „high school classic“ ever. I‘m currently rereading it) * „the Wave“ and „give a boy a gun“ by Morton Rhue (I believe he‘s American) * „the Great Gatsby“ by f. Scott Fitzgerald * „clockwork orange“ by Anthony Burgess * „of Mice and men“ by John Steinbeck * and „The Judge and his hangman“ by Friedrich Dürrenmatt I‘m currently ill and binging your videos to lighten up my mood and it really helps 🙈 So thanks for being incredible and having an excellent reading taste 🙈🖤

I loved Revelation Space! Most of the time I see the twist coming in modern science fiction novels, but I did NOT see it coming in this book. The science is very accurate and the world building is great! I went back and forth between liking and hating the different characters; I'm still not sure if hate Dan or if I love him. Revelation Space is full of memorable action sequences (normally bits of action and battles are the first thing I forget about books so I was very impressed).
