when it comes to computer speeds it is all about the bottlenecks and settings. Your computer is as fast as it's slowest component. NVMe PCIe SSD is better than SATA period/full stop.

On tickets? I don't have that too much at my job since things get done relatively fast but if a project does come up because of a ticket then yeah that can be something that happens. Wouldn't necessarily say that's a common ticket though. Maybe it is at other companies though.

Honestly before doing help desk I didn’t have any experience with ticketing systems but to be honest they’re pretty straight forward. A very popular one is ServiceNow so if you want to learn about ticketing systems look at that one since it’s widely used.
