I fell in love with bodybuilding when I was twelve. Being 45 now I'm still crazy in love, yet so many other things in life have become relevant through the years. How can can I gain 10 lb of muscle in short time? That's no longer the objective. How do I balance all aspects of life without burning out and still see progress at the gym?-that's the thing today. This is so much more than a bodybuilding channel, adressing psychology, philosophy, health care and sports science all at once. I recommend this channel to every one I know 👍.

Ben, thank you for this. Wish your reach was longer as I think you're able to boil it down well and keep yourself from overcomplicating and/or going off on wild tangents. Keep these coming.

Awesome wisdom from Ben, truly one of the best and most inspirational speakers. I believe it was Bruce Lee that said our only limitation is our mind.

“Suffering is optional”-really? So if you lost your entire family in a tragic accident your honestly telling me you would not suffer as a result? Stoicism is not going to help you bro.

This show’s a lack of intellect from you, you use suffering as a broad term to disprove a life direction that he is talking about

And that’s what your takeaway from this 🙈 honestly there is no helping some people. How’s that Pessimistic victim mentality going for you

@@Chrisss6311 it’s not the only takeaway obviously he has a lot of great things to say. Nevertheless we can all be wrong in stuff-myself included.
