Incredible body of work George. I too was shocked by the data analyses results, I would have guessed you were far and away above the statistical averages. Taking the data and applying it to an appropriate betting strategy, I can’t wait to see where this leads you.

Thank you BAM. It was a labour of love but my passion for the game and my need for transparency carried me through this challenge. Basically I love throwing dice. Lol.

Thanks David. I doubt anyone has ever done this large sample before. So it is kind of a first. But still I’d like to have seen slightly higher results. Oh well. Slightly higher than random is still not random. Lol.

Well Darcy. Please don’t be too impressed. It’s not like I proved to be a miracle maker. I did better than random yes but marginally

@@GeorgeFromCy I understand, however, you have been adapting on the fly for the last couple of months and are getting much more in tune with the throwing, So Don't sell yourself short yet. I look forward to your growth of expertise. You give us all hope George. The saying of " Practice makes perfect " is wrong. Perfect practice makes Perfect. Not just practice. Please continue. hahaha

Wow... 54k throws .. When I was bowling, I would practice regularly, 2 sometimes 3 times a week plus my normal league. After a few weeks, the practice didn't help that much. Now the challenge is to take your muscle memory to a "casino type" test. Fantasy craps may be a good place to start. Distraction and then concentration on your throw. Even now, I practice with my throwing station, but I keep it short. Using chips to simulate casino play. I limit the practice to about 30 minutes, color up, and take a break. Generally, I'm 50/50 on wins and losses. But I win more chips than I lose. (Limited bankroll) Isn't that what really? counts?

Hi Michael. I guess I look at this game as a purist. I like to be good at one of the 2 ingredients of the game. The shooting part. I only get to visit a casino once a year for 5 days (if that). It’s not my intended source of income so I try just to make enough to cover my trip expenses. Lol.

George, do you, by any chance, have the overall amount of points you hit?
@GeorgeFromCy
Жыл бұрын
I’m afraid I do not although I could put all the numbers back into bone tracker and hope it won’t crash. 😂 The objective was more to do with the 7 occurrence so I only extracted the comeout sevens from all the info. I will be sharing the spreadsheet if anyone wants the raw data.

4:53 I am familiar with the SOR but correct me if Im wrong, the SOR is the total number of rolls per shooter not the number of rolls after the point was made. Ie: 3, 11, 6, 8, 10, 8, 7 SOR for this shooter is 7 not 3. So the average person will throw 8.5 total numbers and you will throw 8.9 total numbers right?
@GeorgeFromCy

Correct Sir. I only have a small 4.74% advantage which falls within the tolerable error therefore random. BSR (which addresses your point)is defined as box numbers per 7 out hit. Mine is at 4.25 Vs the expected 4 which is 6.25% better than random and outside tolerable error of 5%
