To conclude this marathon training series, I talk through my post race thoughts of the Manchester Marathon 2023 where I achieved a PB of 3:12:42. I go through goals and strategy, the race execution, relevant training stats and the biggest thing I've learnt from the experience. I also talk through some of the preparation, pacing strategy, nutrition, watch setup along with throughts of my performance throughout the day.
