Just found your channel recently, and would like to say you,re doing good work. Thank you. 🙏 I've replaced all pressing movements and only do flye variations now, since my triceps and anterior delts are way overdeloped compared to my chest. So emphasising that iso work for now. It's also done wonders for my shoulder pain.

@@JasonBassettphotography My delts and arms are massive compared to my chest. So that's exactly my reason also for ditching presses. I need more iso work for chest. And I already do plenty tricep and delt work alongside it.

I have found out if I do a super set of db fly supersetted by db hammer press (doesnt have to be) works good. I have this on my volume program but other than that I do not use or recomend db fly

For a home gym that doesn't have a cable machine, how would you rate chest fly using resistant band anchored to a single point? I usually alternate between DB chest flies on incline bench and standing band flies at home.
