Looking great, Chad! I think it's 100% perfect and getting better w/ each vid! Gonna be a great shop! Love seeing the girls helping the "old man!" A+++++

Thank you sir! It’s coming along a little slower than I want, but that’s how it works. I can’t wait for the girls to help me paint it. I foresee one of them painting the other!
What a courageous project! You built a very nice home for some old trucks. Kinda makes you wonder what God has in store for you next. Happy wrenching!

Funny, that I want a shop for all of my rust buckets. Lol. It sure will be nice to be out of the Kansas weather! How I got on this journey with the girls is a video I’ll be making soon. You never know what path He will set you on. Thanks for the support and for watching!

Going to be a great shop! Would the paint have sealed all those nails? 😂

Thank you! I’m sure paint would take care of most of them, but I tend to overdue things believe it or not! Lol. I don’t want to reside this thing ever again. I also own stock in DAP caulking!! Or I should…

Theres curtain drain ideas they use black visquene (plastic sheeting) and stakes where i live to keep soil on a jobsite from ending up in the bay. Theres a ridge-vent idea you do on some buildings as you complete the roof. I dont think thats too many soffet vents, because if you work on an older building with enclosed soffets, and you have a rainy climate, you find that water can form out of the air because it had a leak somewhere. Like a gutter backs up, or people walk around up there, not realizing its lighter weight sheets under the shingles. Just getting wet once, and some time, and it rots away. I think youre doing well to seal it up and vent it like you are. I put a heat removing fan up in mine to push summer heat out. The woman would see sunshine and open all the windows. I would get home and it wasnt cooler inside. Then i added a layer of insulation above the rafters and noted the shingle nails were wet. Vent, goood thing.
