How do you fix anterior pelvic tilt
1. Body Type: Anterior Pelvic Tilt (Military Posture) OR Anterior Scapular Plane
•Most common posture type
•Shoulders are in front of the glutes (distended abdomen)
•Curve at the level of lower back is accentuated, which causes energy leaks as the load on the back muscles is increased in efforts to stand straight.
