Velvet Teddy is actually "inspired by" Tobacco Vanille, totally got that mixed up while rambling. That said there are a bunch of other fragrances I could've used to make the point about Tuscan Leather-type scents. You get the idea.

I definitely agree wholeheartedly about the diminishing returns. That is true in pretty much all consumer products. I bought a $700 pair of headphones, they are amazing, but do any headphones sound $500 more than a Bose pair? That's when exclusivity comes into play among other facets to them. Fir me, the price was justified. To others, they may not see the value. In fragrances, it's just fragranced juice.. but it's how it makes you feel that is the intangible. If a fragrance is going to make you feel like you can close on that multimillion dollar deal, etc.. bt all mwans.. spend the money. But if a $30 fragrance does the same effect for you, then again, soend the $30 & be happy. Just enjoy what you buy for your own enjoyment.

Great video idea! I also don't gravitate towards hella expensive fragrances, and not just because my family and I are living on my teacher's salary alone (please understand that I am in no way complaining about how much money I make. I love my job immensely, and we get by fine by living simple. However, we don't usually have tons of extra money to spend). I also feel that there are tons of inexpensive, affordable fragrances that I actually enjoy wearing more than some of the more expensive scents. Now you have to do the 7 most inexpensive fragrances in your collection! Would love to see that...thanks Ash! Speaking of inexpensive fragrances, have you ever smelled Franck Olivier Oud Touch? I have a bottle I would like to send you if you're up for it. It's a very nice smelling, sweet, smoky fragrance and I would love to get your take on it. I have two bottles, and the one I would send you I only used 2 or 3 times. It's yours if you want it. And if you end up hating it, pass it along. :)
