@@jaydenijtsma1134 batteries cost tens of thousands to replace when they go bad and they will go bad. It's completely useless in snow. Good luck charging it below certain temps. As well, 90% of the entire thing is just a computer. In a vehicle, more computers more problems. Unless you've got money to burn it's a p.o.s . I won't even get into how producing ev cars does more harm than good to the environment not to mention the toxic waste they become once they end up in a junk yard. All around bad choice of a car.

The screen is kind of the back up with the one on top being emergency use, it has fully auto shift where it knows what it should switch to and has a message like 'tap and hold break to switch to drive' if it thinks it should go into drive.

Don't be ridiculous, it's just the standard texts that every car maker puts in the owners manual to protect the finish and yes salt will corrode stainless steel just a hell of a lot slower than regular steel. I always wash my cars after I go to the beach that's just common sense sea salt will rust anything.

CRS tends to rust rather quickly without any kind of treatment to protect it. I milled a putter this summer out of it and its already developed rust spots just from sitting in my garage

@@pullfunnystickno it won’t, a simple google search will tell you that it doesn’t have ample enough crumple zones for a hood of its size and will be more ‘stiff than other vehicles’ Essentially, if you get into a crash the other car with crush it’s self hitting your truck due to its size and stiffness of the material. The cyber truck is probably going to be American only due to EU countries requiring much stricter pedestrian and non occupant safety standards.

Honestly there shouldn't be a single EV that can't go AT LEAST 500 miles on a single charge. A gasoline powered car can go further than that and takes less time to fill up.

@@WilliamsWrestlin It just isn't possible with battery tech today. Honestly I think that these long range EV's should go away and people should use EV's for around town or commutes only. Remove the restrictions from gas cars so we get ones with better fuel economy and just keep working on both sides.

And that’s something you have to literally wait a long freaking time for. Definitely not something I would trust, if I were in a hurry or if I were in an emergency. And that’s any Tesla or other EV! Plus, it’s still not green if the grid that powers it is still by fossil fuels.

the first cybertruck crash also had one injury out of four people and two cars involved, but the injured person was the one driving the truck. this thing is unsafe for everyone, including the occupants!

NO, it's not 30 times cold rolled stainless steel. It is a 300 series stainless steel. Like 302 or 304, but the last digit is just a placeholder X. They are keeping it a proprietary secrete, so they have not released the "recipe".

probably 304 since that and 316 are the most commonly used stainless types in the world. I doubt they've made a special "Tesla" stainless steel.

And people don't realize how extremly unsafe the tesla truck is. Bulletproof means that when u hit a child for example, the head of the child deforms but not the car body. Cars are build to deform so we humans don't have to deform, but tesla hasn't heard about that I guess.

Steer by wire also means you might loose the ability to steer if an electrical problem happens…. Most new cars have this and some of the problems with these systems are unsurprising and the lack of back up measures is concerning…

“Bullet resistant…” At least he used the correct terminology versus saying, ‘bullet proof.’ However, with that being said, I very much doubt the truck’s ability to prevent penetration of any rifle caliber or even most pistol caliber ammunition.

saw a video where they tested everything from a .22 to a .50 BMG on it. It stopped a .22 long and a .17, but a .22 magnum punched right through and everything else blew holes in the mf

@cameraman8329 Chargers are few and far between. It takes hours to charge an EV fully and still gets substantially less mileage. They are way more expensive than gas cars, and our power grid can not support the number of EV's they want to sell.

@@orlandor7825if you know how to use the internet, you also now know that it’s not the steel that rusts in the rain, instead it’s metal dust from brakes, train tracks, wheels etc also known as fly rust. Not the steel itself is rusting.

@@alexandereismarwhile it is true that fly rust exists, it mostly happens in areas with a lot of open metal, like railroads and other industrial areas. I would assume that people who now own Cybertrucks had other cars before it but did not have this issue previously so are probably not living near areas emitting high amounts of fly rust.

Not to mention the fact that the cyber truck is probably the most dangerous vehicle to pedestrians ever created 😂 you get hit by that thing with the sharp angles and the reinforced structure for the “Frunk” you are far more likely to die than a normal car which has curved bonnets that allow for crumpling on impact with a pedestrian rather than all the kinetic energy going straight into the person on those hard edges and chopping them in half 😂😂 jeeez Elon what a genius, oh and the many blind spots allow you to hit pedestrians with more frequency too! Hooray!

The panel gap is as wide as several quarters' thicknesses. The leading edge of the panel is a handy blade.

Fun fact, the steel panels use a lower grade steel that is less corrosive resistant than the delorean. Meaning that it is more likely to rust and corrode as well as being cheaper for tesla to manufacture
