Selena Gomez even recently said 'a post won't change the world.'
While other celebrities like Melissa Barrera and Bella Hadid have supported Palestine and the people of Gaza, unafraid of what it will do to do their careers.
In this video I delve into reasons why celebrities choose to stay silent in the name of injustice and pick and choose when they do have 'influence', and how by being ambivalent to their actions, we're actually just helping them to feel comfortable in their complicity.
